This report, published by the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, aims to draw a complex picture of how substantive quality standards of researching and assessing COI appear in the form of legal requirements in the EU, either as binding legal provisions or guiding judicial practice. The tables of contents of all Country Briefing Folders will be made available
through Refworld and provide (directly clickable) access to information from
UNHCR and external sources.
The Country Briefing Folders contain general background information,
information relating to the legal context of the country, human rights,
international protection considerations regarding particular groups, and
additional information.
